Mini Buns - 12
Potatoes - 3, boiled
Capsicum - 1, finely chopped
Onion - 1, finely chopped
Paneer - 5 cubes
Hungry Jars Mango Pickle - 3 tablespoons
Hungry Jars Pepper Butter - 2 tablespoons
Cheese - 1 slice
Salt, Chilli Powder - according to taste
Coriander - 1 tablespoon for garnish
Piri Piri Powder - ½ teaspoon for garnish
Slice out the head of the mini bun using a knife, now use your fingers to slowly scoop out the mini buns from inside without damaging the sides and keep the leftovers aside.
Mash the potatoes with onion, capsicum, paneer, salt, chilli powder according to your taste and mix in the Hungry Jars Mango Pickle smoothly.
Take the mini buns and stuff the potato filling in it till the top, use the head of the bun to cover it. Glaze the buns now with Hungry Jars Pepper Butter and add a slice of cheese on the top.
Toast them in the oven until golden brown. Garnish it with chopped coriander and sprinkle piri piri powder on the top.
This dish will become an insta hit! Serve hot!
