Cashew Coconut Barfi

Desiccated Coconut - 3 cups

Condensed Milk- 6 tablespoons

Hungry Jars Cashew Butter - 2 tablespoons

Pistachios - 1 tablespoon, roughly chopped




    In a bowl add the coconut, condensed milk and Hungry Jars Cashew Butter.

    Use your hands to combine the mixture and bring to a dough like texture.

    Oil your palms and start making small round balls of the dough, flatten it from one side by pressing your palms together.

    Roll the barfi in the coconut now and garnish with the pistachios.

    Bingo! The amazing Cashew Coconut Barfi is ready!
