Chicken - 500 gms, cut in cubes
Olive Oil - 4 tablespoons
Garlic - 5 pods, cut lengthwise
Hungry Jars Chilli Garlic Sauce - 6 teaspoons
Vinegar - 1 tablespoon
Soy Sauce - 4 teaspoons
Onion - 1, cut in squares
Capsicum - 1, cut in squares
Coriander - 1 teaspoon
Water - ¼ cup
Salt - according to taste
Oil - for deep frying
Marinate the chicken with olive oil, half of the soy sauce, vinegar, half of the Hungry Jars Chilli Garlic Sauce, coriander, salt and set aside for 3-5 hours.Deep fry the chicken until it’s golden brown and cooked from inside and keep aside.
In a pan, heat the olive oil and sauté the garlic, onions and capsicum until lightly browned.
Mix in the remaining Hungry Jars Chilli Garlic Sauce, soy sauce, water and stir. Cook on simmer for 2-4 minutes or until the gravy thickens.
