Chunky Spiced Apple Tarts

Servings: 6 pieces


White Bread - 6 slices

Butter - 1 tablespoon, melted

Hungry Jars Chunky Spiced Apple Jam - 12 tablespoons

Icing Sugar - for garnish

Chocolate Sticks/Chocolate Basil Leaves - for garnish



Cut the sides of 6 slices of white bread and use a rolling pin to flatten out the breads until thin and butter up the bread on both the sides.

Grease a muffin tray and then press in the bread into it to form a cup-like shape.

  • Toast in a pre-heated oven for 10 minutes at 180 degree or until crisp and golden brown.
  • After the tarts are cooled, pour two spoonfuls of Hungry Jars Chunky Spiced Apple Jam into each tart.

  • Dust of some icing sugar on top and garnish with chocolate sticks and the basil leaves.


  • Yummilicious Tarts are ready to be served!
