Coffee Mocha Bars

Serving: 8 - 10 bars


Marie Biscuits - 1 pack

Hungry Jars Coffee Chocolate Ganache - 250 gms

Maple Syrup - 3 teaspoons

Fresh Cream - 1 cup

Vanilla Essence - 1 teaspoon

Slivered Almonds - 1 teaspoon



In a bowl, crush all the biscuits into small pieces with your hand, pour the maple syrup and Hungry Jars Coffee Chocolate Ganache over it.

Use your hand to combine all the ingredients well and set in a rectangular baking tray to freeze for 15 minutes.

Whip up the fresh cream with the vanilla essence till the consistency is a little thick.

Add a thin layer of the cream over the set bars and garnish with the almonds.

The Coffee Mocha Bars are ready to impress the crowd :)
