Pickled Paneer Tacos

Serving: 2 Tacos


Olive Oil - 1 tablespoon

Onion - 1, sliced lengthwise

Capsicum - 1, sliced lengthwise

Paneer - 100 gms, sliced lengthwise

Hungry Jars Indie Mix Pickle - 2 tablespoons

Green Mint Chutney - 2 tablespoons

Salt, Chilli Powder - according to taste

Green Chilli - 1, finely chopped

Tortilla Sheets - 2


    Heat the olive oil in a pan, sauté the onion and capsicum until the onion turns golden brown.

    At this moment, add the paneer and Hungry Jars Indie Mix Pickle in the pan and mix well.

    Season the dish now by adding salt and chilli powder, green chillies according to your taste.

    Take two tortilla sheets and layer the filling inside on half side, garnish with a spoonful of the green mint chutney and fold.

    Serve this hot with a chilled glass of Ice Tea!
